When will Amumu get his W buffed since Sunfire cape exists? Or Vayne and Fizz passive's, since Phantom Dancer exists? Or Mundo passive since Warmogs exists? Or Teemo, since Witts End is a thing? There's more believe me

tbh at this point I'm convinced riot has a hard-on for ignoring everything people say about yasuo, and just continuously making him annoying to play against.

Fizz passive is getting changed on PBE atm Vayne on the other hand shrugs

DrMundo passive is extremely strong in laning phase

Teemo 's E if maxed gives him the equivalent of a item 1038 in lane

On the other hand there are some champions with no passive Renekton MonkeyKing Lissandra Fiddlesticks

You missed the point. Yasuo's passive was buffed because the IE changes made him weaker. He was a lot stronger with the old version of IE.
