Personally prefer 2 or 3 on hit items into tank or hourglass/GA.
Those buffs on his base damage w seems to helped a lot and with the AP ratio buffs the nashors and rageblade also do more damage than before.

Yeah I know, it's a scary thing when it's viable. I been ridiculously fed all games tonight using this build. Granted I am playing against lower ELO than I am, but it seems extremely strong.
I haven't laned against any ranged lane bullies yet though so maybe a quinn or kennen could beat me top, I dunno. So far I've beaten Mundo, Darius and Renekton tho.
