So why is Nimbus Cloak replacing Ultimate Hat again?

Because I thought it got pulled from PBE because tons of people hated you were deleting an options that was useful on a bunch of mage champions and just considering giving it to assassins... and now you're just deleting it in favor of a more niche version of an ultimate buffing rune. Like I wouldn't mind getting Nimbus Cloak added, but couldn't you just add it as a 4th rune slot instead of deleting an option we're familiar with? I don't think champions like Karma, Lux, Malz, ect need to get a nerf just because some champions like Evelynn abuse it. And tons of mages like Xerath or Cass who may or may not take Ult hat out right cannot choose Nimbus Cloak and there are plenty of options that will not have great synergy as is.

What confuses me is why you're so quick to delete runes because you like having clean numbers in the mini runes, but you'll do things like have 4 precision keystone runes. Hell for a while one of the Resolve trees had 4 runes so you could fit in bone plating before you removed the early resist options. And people were actually using those. What's your addiction with deleting rune options after we spend weeks to months practicing with them???
