Just curious- what's the most damage that could be dealt to a single champion at once by a team?

Rules:

No repeat champions, any given champion can only be used once
No infinite champions, no Thresh, Nasus, Veigar, Sion, Kindred, etc. and no runes that have theoretically infinite or nigh-infinite limits on damage
No executes based on missing health (that would be wonky to calculate methinks)
The damage must be dealt within a period of 3 seconds.

Can we find a definitive winner-comp to deal TONS OF DAMAGE?

in the instance that all abilities hit, all autoattacks from champions with crit chance are critical strikes, mejai's is fully stacked as well as spellbinder and liandries, blue kayn is present ,rengar has 6 stacks(from killing kha'zix) of his passive, 3 infernal drakes and an elder drake are active and the second baron buff is taken. have all of this damage dealt to an orianna with 6 item 3083 and this should do a fine bit of damage I think

id like to see a headshot crit from a cait with ie, shiv, rapid firecannon, and even duskblade. Prior to its nerf coming tomorrow xD

The best answer i can give would be: Vladimir top Kindred jg Veigar mid Nasus ADC Sion support

All infinitely stacking champs. I really hope sion has some sort of health thing, but those other champs stack infinite damage.

So, the dmg is infinite. Same as just one Veigar in a game.

Urgot's ulti can deal the most damage hands down.

When the initiation condition is met, ie if the target is below a certain HP threshold and his ulti hits, what's gonna happen is the target will recursively take damage that ramps up in the fashion of 1, 10, 100, 1000... that all adds up continuously until it exceeds the remaining HP of the champ and kills them as an insta-kill. If the champ has some death immunity that allows them to escape from the ulti, such as Trynd's ulti, what's gonna happen is that the damage obviously would not go through and would keep ramping and until reaching I believe 1,111,111,111 or 1,111,111 (I forgot which one) before finally stopping.

And so the most damage ever is Urgot's ultimate.

Max Build Heimer, Ziggs, Syndra, AP Malphite, full ad Zed.

Not sure of the calculations though, Heimer's full combo at 500ap with E stun, 3 beams, RW plus 3 more beams will do 4.5k damage alone. Ziggs epic centre ult will do 1100 at 500ap alone plus his other abilties, Malphite ult 900 at 500ap without E or Q, Syndra max sphere ult does near 2000 (what? that's mental), Zed full rotation with 300ad getting 2 Qs, E and a duskblade proc.
