I'd like to see a Rain skin for kennen... or is he too purple for that to work .__.? I was thinking Sektor could work, but him having red in his basic skin, I thought that it might not be a huge difference. I somehow forgot about smoke and reptile, which makes me sad since Reptile is one of my favorites next to Ermac, Noob and Sub-Zero :(

Sadly it is , but you will probably be able to get it one way or another when rework comes out. Riot will want to cash in on the rework if they can.

Riot tends to brings all skins of a champion back out of the vault, for a time at least, when a champion receives a major VU or relaunch so people can purchase and enjoy the updated skins.

Expect Riot to make all of Shen's skins available for purchase either as a bundle or individually once the update hits live.
