Am I completely missing something about Katarina?

Everyone says she's overpowered and she should be nerfed but I've thought she was too weak even before they nerfed her. Her lane phase is laughable at most, Dagger Shunpo combo is annoying and can hurt a bit, but doesn't really do a lot of damage compare to most other lane harass. And her ult is either an execute or an ultimate-buff. Without a stun prior her ult will either be interrupted, or simply avoided because of every champion having mobility of some sort or just flash, not to mention a Banshee's is enough to basically stop her from doing damage.

And on top of this no one thinks Wukong needs a nerf? When his ult does more damage in a bigger area,while allowing him to move,knocking people up and doesn't get interrupted by anything in the game. Just doesn't make much sense to me.
