They nerfed his laning and his ghost (which is strongly tied to his teamfight/skirmish presence and turret clear), and gave him an useless & unreliable mobility (which has nothing to do with a spell called "Creeping Death") + hp cost reduction in the wrong places.

And here I thought they were "COMPENSATING" him in the first place.

What sort of compensation buff makes the champion weaker than he was before, where is the logic in that?
