Did Lux really need yet another buff?
I know she's not amazing at challenger level and Lcs.
But everywhere else, in the other 99% of the damn population, she's a fucking menace. Why does she need to be buffed even more?

cause riot only cares about the lcs and not solo quaue, like the damn 50% BONUS cooldown on nasus's q

The fact that Xerath and Brand were buffed make Riot dead to me.
These next couple patches will have their balance focused on qualifiers for Worlds. Gonna see a lot of strange nerfs and buffs due to that.
After the desaster that they turned her shield into, yes.
They essentially halved her shield power and made it almost impossible to hit compared to before, now she got a little bit of that back. It's ok.
why, must please those elementalist lux buyers of course
a lot of mages got nerfed because riot introduced 
as an ap item.
Because she didnt had any W and the others champs yes....
Because her kit has big cooldown and she is so easy to gank and die when use her Q.
And she still needing more in the future like something to clear minions better, etc
Her win-rate in mid-lane was around 46.8%.
That isn't exactly overbearing.
