Seriously what is going on with this game?

Towers die in under 12 mins. Games feel like they are decided 5 mins in. The game feels more snowbally than before. It also feels like you can't comeback either. Like wtf is going on?

Side note: I have won like 3 games in my last 20. Every game, my teammates are just bad. At least two other people under perform to the point where the game is unwinnable. I'm not saying I'm perfect, I'm not saying I'm good enough to carry, and I'm not saying I should be winning, but come the fuck on. There is a wealth of knowledge online for the most popular game on the internet, how have you made it to level 30/ranked without figuring out how to play like a good teammate. You don't even have to be good, just play conservatively, know your limits, and play as a part of a team. Like where do we draw the line on the "don't blame your teammates" argument?

Are these two things related? I dunno, but this game sucks ass right now.
