Talon and the Preseason changes.

I'll try my best to be concise here, wouldn't want you all to read a wall o' text.

Basically, I think the preseason changes are, well, against Talon. Especially with the changes to Last Whisper. Sure, it punches through armor, but only bonus armor. And flat-armor penetration items and runes/masteries only do so much. Once people get anything more than 150 armor, I find it excessively difficult to do damage, even with Last Whisper's upgrades and Youmuu's with Black Cleaver AND full armor-penetration runes. Previously, it was easier to be a threat, now it feels as if I don't do enough damage to bruisers or anyone with armor to make a difference.

Rioters, any words on this?
