Shouldn't Fiora's Q 60% cdr procs on CHAMPIONS ONLY?

I dunno man, I mean, it reduces its cooldown by 60% if it hits any enemy. Plus in laning phase, it's a really annoying poking tool since her passive ALWAYS appears on enemy whenever it either got procced by Fiora or disappeared when not being hit.

Sometimes, even if she misses hitting the Vital spot with her Q by hitting my other side or side-stepping her, her cooldown will still drastically decreased just because.......she hits a minion.

And the fact that we are told to not let Fiora hit the Vitals simply by not going near her is almost useless since her passive has no cooldown. It'll just pops up time after time after time.

So here's a suggesstion, actually two, because I would be afraid I would accidentally crippled her down hard instead:

1. Q's 60 cdr will proc on champions only.

2. Q's 60 cdr will proc if it hits champions or kills a minion.
