So.... What's up with Morgana?

So... When is the Morgana nurf going to happen? Its been a while now that probably 80% of games played she is either in or banned. Her ap scaling is entirely to much for a champion with as much utility as she has. Even as support her damage can out do an APC who has been getting cs the whole game. I am not saying nurf any off her mechanics, just the AP scale. That simple fix would balance her back.
