make garen's ult reset after kill...

why not? noxus champion like kat and darius have reset ult...

darius is exactly opposite and rivial to garen... both have free stats, aoe damage, speed (for short time) , soft cc... and even ult... but only darius can reset the ult after kill...

lets make garen's ult to be reset after kill someone... math is so hard to calculate than darius...

so where is the reward?
