Master Yi and the 30 minute time mark

I've been playing league for several years now and most of the champions seem to be relatively balanced from supports to hyper carries to tanks and casters. However, one champion in particular needs to be addressed and that seems to be Master Yi. I feel like it's a race against the clock in any match that includes a Master Yi. If Yi can farm for 30 minutes or more the game goes in favor of his team whole-handedly. In all honesty I think his AD and heal need to be nerfed to make him a viable champion for teams to compete against. The champion is nearly untargetable and he is almost unkillable during his heal. I love a to play a heavy carry just as much as the next guy but I really think Yi needs to be addressed. I don't know how many games I've played against a Yi where we've dominated him and his team completely taken two barracks then just to have a Yi come in and absolutely demolish everything even if he's shut down early game.

This is what I suggest:

Reduce Yi's Alpha Strike from 60% to 40% but retain critical strike. Reduce Yi's Meditate from 50/55/60/65/70% to 30/35/40/45/50% Increase Yi's Double Strike from 4 hits to 6 hits and reduce the second strike damage from 50% to 35% Reduce Highlander passive from 70% cooldown reduction to 50% cooldown reduction. Reduce Highlander active from 10 seconds to 8 seconds. (Or keep Highlander stats but reduce movement speed from 25/35/45% to 15/25/35% and reduce attack speed from 30/55/80% to 20/40/60%)

These are obviously just suggestions and in no way do I have the ability to properly calculate what is and isn't balanced but I feel that some developers need to address this champion properly. Thank you.

I don't know, I never had an issue with Master Yi.

You got those players who afk farm, then invade your jungle when they run out of camps to farm. With nothing to farm, you're forced to gank and then you win as the enemy Yi's lanes lose because no ganks.

Then you got Yi's who gank, take the kills, while you give your laners all the kills and win all the teamfights.

Then you got split-pusher Yi's, so you just send the duelist with single target cc to defend at tower.

He's got counterplay, and isn't really all that OP. And if he builds glass cannon to do all the damage, he's easily blown up if you land a stun on him. His heal can be interrupted, or you can use it to proc a three-aa passive (Vayne, Gnar, Vi) to put him in a bad spot when he's done. If he ults, stun him and run so by the time he catches up, the ult runs out. If he wastes alpha strike for damage, he's vulnerable to cc.

Now I know, "just cc him noob" isn't the greatest advice players have given, but that's Yi's weakness. He can be immune to slows, but stuns really screw him over. He's got not real utility in teamfights beyond damage, so a jungler/top laner (whichever he goes) with cc can dominate in a teamfight against him if they know what they're doing.

So what I'm saying is that Yi doesn't really need any nerfs. He's a late-game hypercarry, sure, but by your logic (30 minute time limit) we'd have to nerf Vayne, Nasus, and whoever else scales into late-game (which is almost every adc, unfortunately).
