Garen the pathetic pussy

My sweet Jesus lord in heaven what have you done to poor Garen? I realize he probably needed a few "nerfs" or balance fixes but you have absolutely ruined this champion. I am actually physically saddened by this and I cannot express how much grief I have towards these Garen modifications. In the least can you just give him the same specifications he had back in season 3? I don't know why you would nerf a champion this hard but he is absolutely unplayable and completely non-viable as a tank or as an engage.
