Can we please bring back SOTO and DFG and balance them out in a way that makes them fair ?
Hear me out , you dont have to downvote this because i asked for such an absurd thing , i know that dfg/soto were problematic but it made sense backthen because the numbers were NOT FAIR AT ALL

Old SOTO stats : http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Sword_of_the_Occult , now clearly you can tell how BROKEN this item was if you snowballed hard because such a cheap item like that was way more worth buying than any other item in the game even if u didnt manage to get the stacks , you will at some point get them one way or another.

DFG (ty btw) : http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Deathfire_Grasp , this item was like heaven for champions like syndra/veigar/kat/leblanc , this thing didnt require you to do anything hard at all , just press the active press R or just spam your buttons and the enemy is dead , no wonder it was removed.
now after showing these two legendary items , lets discuss on how to potentially bring them back ingame but in a way that would make sense to EVERYONE and preserve counterplay :
1)SOTO (requires a rework , heres a suggestion) :
+cost increased to 2400 instead of 1400 +unique passive changed from starting with 5 stacks to starting with 2 stacks , now grants 2 attack damage per stack instead of 5 being a total of 40 ad at max stacks , max stacks is 20 for melee and 10 for ranged , loses half of the stacks upon death , at max stacks grants 20% attack speed (half effective for ranged ,can be adjusted) +now has an extra passive : now grants +18 lethality that unlocks at max stacks
-this will make SOTO a REAL high risk high reward item while also being pretty standard
- DFG (also requires a rework , a possible suggestion):
+no longer deals 15% of the enemy's max health to apply doom +doom active is now a skillshot that targets champion units only (similar to protobelt/glp), and now grants 20% extra damage to your next NON ULTIMATE ability (rip veigar, syndra) , now slows people for 15% if you manage to land the skillshot and apply the debuff +doom now has a base dmg that scales with level (40-200 +20% ap) can be adjusted
-this will make DFG a risky item but a rewarding one IF YOU land the skillshot debuff making this item a fair item to use and to play against as well
