Has the Mages patch unceremoniously killed the double tear build?!?

It wasn't even directly acknowledged in the patch notes, but moving the mana-scaling stats into the Awe Unique Passive absolutely kills the double tear build.

EDIT: Tested in Custom. It seems that you can get both the AD and the AP scaling, even though both belong to a Unique passive named "Awe". I prefer it that way, but it breaks the labeling rules. Seems like "Shock" and "Awe" should be two things, and maybe the mana refund passive should be called "Wonder"?
