I had an idea for an eve rework, let me know what you guys think

This is what I came up with after pondering the bigass discussion I instigated over in the other thread where I suggested the evelynn needs to lose her permastealth if she wants to be any good apart for her brief periods of being OP. I believe this rework would allow her to retain her stalking patterns while removing the free pressure on every lane she gets currently just for existing in the jungle.

Numbers are just placeholder guesstimates, so bear that in mind please.


Buff Evelynn base stats up a little now that she no longer has permastealth Revert some of the hate spike nerfs

**Shadow Slash ** PASSIVE: When Evelynn is not visibile to the enemy team for 6/4/2 (at level 1/8/16) seconds, she gains Shadow Slash. Shadow Slash causes her next autoattack or ravage against any target to cleave an area of effect around the target, dealing additional magic damage and healing eve for 100% of the damage done. Entering stealth will grant Evelynn Shadow Slash immediately, if she did not already have it. [yes, the damage from both ravage strikes would cleave and heal]

Hate Spike: ACTIVE: Evelynn fires a line of spikes through a nearby enemy, dealing magic damage to all enemy units in its path. [To be honest hate spike might need changing as well it's a really lacklustre ability IMO, but I'm not an Eve main so I left it as-is, only changing what was required to get rid of her permastealth while retaining stealth in some form along with her stalking patterns]

Dark Frenzy PASSIVE: Evelynn's spell hits on enemy champions grant her a flat movement speed bonus for 3 seconds. This effect stacks up to 4 times. FLAT MOVEMENT SPEED PER STACK: 4 / 8 / 12 / 16 / 20 ACTIVE: Evelynn removes all slows affecting her, gains increased movement speed for 3 seconds and ignores unit collision. Champion kills and assists, and entering stealth, refresh Dark Frenzy's cooldown.

Ravage ACTIVE: Evelynn slashes a target twice, dealing physical damage with each strike. Evelynn then gains bonus attack speed for 3 seconds.

Shadow's Embrace ACTIVE: Evelynn fades into the shadows, refreshing her ability cooldowns [including passive], gaining a shield, and enters stealth, only able to be seen by true sight. While stealthed, evelynn regenerates 2% of her maximum health per second and ignores unit collision. Dealing damage will reveal Evelynn, but casting or receiving damage will not. Champion kills and assists cause Evelynn to re-enter stealth, increasing her ultimate's duration by 5 seconds.

[may be needed for balancing or may not: all enemy champions receive a warning when evelynn initiates her ultimate regardless of proximity - this would give warning but NOT tell the enemy who she is going after or when they arrive - but I'd rather not have this at all unless it became necessary for balance purposes]

Shield: 250/375/500 Stealth Duration: 10/15/20 Cooldown: 120/100/80 [could perhaps be reduced to 100/80/60 if this is too long, as mentioned above all numbers are rough guesstimates]
