AP Ezreal could really do with some wave clear besides ult

He's fun and all but I would never take him into a serious game, because farmers push him to tower too easily and he can't stop roamers from free roaming - because if he doesn't ult he can't clear the wave to follow/push tower, but if he does ult then he can't actually win a fight unless they're totally retarded.

It would have to be reaaaaaly finely tuned and carefully worked out so as not to touch AD Ezreal though and to be honest I doubt Riot would take the time to do so given Morello's past opinion on AP Ezreal (IDK if he's changed his opinion since this was a while ago but previously he has expressed the opinion that it is not meaningfully different in play patterns to AD ez... which makes 0 sense to most of us who have actually played AP ez but hey what can ya do when someone refuses to see things from your point of view).
