Magic Resist, Please?

You had almost no health. Resistances are useless without health to back them up. Additionally, you had NO armor against a fed Kog'Maw, meaning more of your damage was taken from physical than magical anyway.

i would like there to be a better MR/HP item in the game but it would just be too strong.

You know how much MR kills mages early game? Especially people like Akali and Kassadin. We don't need more MR.
