Would anyone else like to see TFs kit get some love?

Honestly, as a champion he just feels somewhat dated in his kit. Only 2 combat actives and an ability that's completely passive. 2 of his abilities just effect his auto attack so they don't add anything to the actual gameplay department, and his passive has no bearing on his gameplay either. I would really love to see some sort of active given to his E to make him more interesting to play. Personally I'd like to see stacked deck moved to his passive slot and a completely new ability all together put on E.

TF is one of the coolest and most iconic champions in league but I feel like his kit is just not attractive enough to warrant playing a squishy, no mobility mage in the current meta. Riot, can you guys give the old and busted Card Master some love?

I think he's in a pretty strong spot right now, People don't play him because he doesn't have enough low cd mobility abilities. His passive gives him a massive favor in lane, I remember someone from the LCS said "If you and the enemy mid don't kill each other in lane, and you have the same exact amount of cs, you automatically won lane." His Q damage is very high, and is one of the few in the game that doesn't get it's damage lowered for every enemy hit. his W gives 3 entire different actives, a high damage mana restoring (20 mana, this could be buffed.) blue card, an AoE slowing red card, or a single target stun yellow card. His E gives him attack speed which is good for pushing down turres, securing cs, and when you use the W, E, Sheen/Lichbane all together, you get a massive output, then if you stunned them with W, you can land the Q for free dealing even more massive damage. His R can spot invisible units, and teleport him halfway across the map in a shorter and less revealing way then the "Teleport" summoner spell to a exact spot, rather then something like a minion/ward/turret. I think he is a very fair champ right now

I like the idea of his Stacked Deck being his passive as well and creating a whole new E ability. Going along that same line of thinking I would enjoy seeing him turned into the next ADC champion in a rework. If they would increase his auto attack range slightly and just make his Q scale off AD (Seeing as his W and E already do anyways) he could be an amazing poke style ADC with the ability to assassinate out of position targets with his ult. Back before all these mobility-based ADCs were the norm TF could make a very passable ADC, but you had to sacrifice a whole ability (his Q since it was purely AP) to do so. Perhaps the new E ability could simply be a dash of some sort like Lucian's to bring him more in line with the mobile ADC game that we all know now. This would also allow him to pick a card and then dash in to deliver it instead of picking a card the enemy can see and just stay away from you until you use it or it runs out.

I would personally love to see him reworked as an ADC too. We could use more champions that use less traditional ranged weapons IE bows / guns, and I think reworking his E to do something more in the ADC direction could help him secure that spot with his ratios changed to AD.

But yeah, this post wasn't meant as a knock at the strength of TF as a character. Moreso, it's about him delivering (or failing to deliver, moreso) in a gameplay and "card master" fantasy. There's so much they could do with the champ, I'm just not sure if they're willing to let his old niche go in order to explore newer and more interesting gameplay opportunities.
