Lucian has a 44% play rate and a 52+% win rate.

The bortk changes made adc really good and its nice to see diversity come in the bot lane because of that even trough bortk wasn't intended to be used by Adc in the first place its still a nice change but like because of the lucian changes he abuse the hell out of bortk and reworked for bruisers cleaver that it isn't funny at all..

He gets soo tanky because hes going second item cleaver an item that was buffed for bruisers and nerfed for assasins.

I used to like the champion soo much but right now all the high risk high rework this champion had was completely removed and every ad are abusing this..

Like i said i like lucian a lot i play him a lot but i see him every game because hes abusing an item that he shouldn't be buying..
