If this goes live, then my theory that Riot balance team is actually a group of monkeys is proven.

Level 6 to 11 Katarina will be able to cast only 1 max 2 ults.
Level 11 to level 16. Max 3 ults
Level 16 - 18. Either you quickly stun her and kill her or she'll literally use 5 ults in 2 seconds and do a penta kill.
I'm seriously asking. Really? No think, about it... Really? What even made you think of nerfing her level 1-2 ult and same time just over-buff her 3? This is a parody, isn't? Fine sure. I can live with using my ult ~5 times until level 18... But this ? 15 seconds CD? This is a parody... I feel like my skill is taken from me with every passing patch. There's literally no sense in that "15 seconds"... Either you must remove her passive now and throw her into the Urgot level of picking. Or this change must never hit life as it will break her level 16+ while her 15- will be just boring and slow and wont fit her "Assassin" personality AT ALL...
