Are we really happy with Anivia?

I mean Riot literally has made her have half the player base she had and potentially still dropping. She never really had a high play rate about 4% at her highest. She has always had a very dedicated fan base which has inflated her win rate. So we just change her play style completely. Make her one of the worst laners in the game and she doesn't even have that great of a late game. She has always done well mid game but now the only possible way to play her is to build her for late game and have very minimal to no impact all of early game and the start of mid game. She does ok during team fights but team fights are so mobile that unless you are contesting an objective like baron or dragon her ult usually doesn't get 1.5 seconds of channeling before it has to be moved. Are we really ok with her current state?
