Riot you just killed Anivia

So Anivia had a strong solo queue win rate I will admit that and her E>R combo was probably too strong but you just killed her. She now has 0 consistent damage. Her E>R combo was her only form of consistent damage. Her Q is one of the slowest skill shots in the game and can't be used to poke as it leaves her open to counter harass. Her w does 0 damage. Her ult doesn't proc her E until after 1.5 seconds of someone standing in your ult or someone walking in your ult after 1.5 seconds. Neither of which really happen at all. No longer can Anivia fight anyone in lane. Literally all she can do now is farm and hope a team stays in her ult. Her only strength now is her counter pushing. In the highly mobile fights that happen these days that almost never happens. I am going to go on a limb here and say that she won't be played anymore. I certainly won't as a long term Anivia main. If she does get played it will be in the support role because that will be all she is good for because you nerfed her damage so hard but buffed her utility.

So basically Anivia is probably the worst or one of the worst mages in the game now. She won't be playable in mid lane anymore and she might be picked in bot lane as a support because of the wall cd changes. Basically you took a mage with a fairly low play rate and made it so that play rate will be basically non-existent.
