Rammus

Anyone else thinks that Rammus is under powered? With tanks coming back that can easily block him from getting to his targets as well as all these escape tools that assassins have to escape Rammus and with a 2% pick rate i duno maybe im just bad with him but he just feels weak.

he is pretty squishy tbh. like one of the lowest health tanks and surprisingly kiteable.
