Tristana's new E

I think I really like Tristana's new E. But I think we need to bump it up a notch, take it further.

I say she's already so safe with her W and R, that her late game range is just too much. Take away "Draw a Bead" replace it with a new passive wherein all of Tristana's spells(except R) reset on an assist or kill. This cements her as a late game team-fighting resetting monster. But also makes her play more risky.

Then take draw a bead and put it on Caitlyn(attach headshot as a passive onto her R or Q) and start Cait out at a lower range. That way she is defined as the long range adc but lessens her oppressiveness in the beginning of the game.
