Spirit Guard Udyr jokes and taunts do not work. He will do a little twitch with you try to activate them and the do nothing.
Reproduction: Load game using the Spirit Guard Udyr skin, attempt to emote a joke or taunt. 100% reproduction as far as I have seen.
Haven't played SGU in the most recent patch yet but it may be because you're not in a stance. If you're stanceless Udyr and try to taunt or joke he'll just fluff his skirt and clap or shake his head as if to say "no".
He's been bugged for a long time (Riot said they were aware of it months ago but never fixed it) with only playing bear stance audio for his jokes/taunts and most recently with turtle or phoenix stance change audio playing on top of whatever stance change audio is appropriate when changing stances.
