Tristana can no longer reach 2.5 attack speed

I have attack speed runes and built 2 attack speed items (BoTRK/SS) and only can reach 2.4 attack speed. Didn't someone from Riot say that she'll still reach 2.5?

I do not like Blade on her. She is already very safe and does not need lifesteal and the active that much. Though yeah phantom dancer would be better than Shiv on her.

SS is the most common item for Tristana. I used to build SS and PD before the ADC buffs. Besides, all the professional LCS players normally rush SS. So they seem to value SS over PD. Actually, it's been a very long time since I have seen anyone build PD.

You don't really need 2.5 AS to kill people as Tristana. You have enough range/self peel. But yeah I can see your concern. Maybe when people get over the trauma from Tristana Riot can do something about this.
