PSA: Warwick can reactivate his E to fear.

After playing with Warwicks for a few games now and watching multiple streams, I constantly keep seeing on chat or hearing in streams: "Damn if my fear just went off a little sooner I could have lived/saved x" "My fear took too long to go off, should have used the ability earlier."

READ. READ. READ. The ability clearly states you can reactivate it again to make the fear go off when you choose.

It's gotten to the point when I start a game with a Warwick now I address him/her and make sure they understand that this is possible, which is unnecessary considering the ability tells you it already.
