I'm sold on never returning to this game.

This is the state of the game now, if you don't have dozens of friends to queue in groups with, you're not welcomed in this environment. And it's sad.

Didn't matter how badly we dominated bottom, once the enemy team hit 6 you'd think we were playing against TSM. Because we didn't have more than one duo on our team we lost.

These people weren't even good enough on their own as individuals to upgrade or even switch out their trinkets. Too bad disorganized solos and a single duo queue can't fight back against 4 man's rotating in sync, ganking every lane together, and moving across the map, chaining their abilities as if they were one single hive-mind and saw each other's cooldowns.

Was I surprised when they started BM'ing in all chat and knew each other's real names? Of course not.

This sucks, but can't say thousands of players didn't see it coming.

It's strange to me that Riot feels the need to bribe people with bonus IP and other reward for playing in groups. Not only is playing solo a bit unfair on the new system but they actually move the rewards to groups too.

Just like DQ, it's all a cash grab really. They thought DQ would bring more casual players to ranked and since ranked players tend to buy more skins, champs. etc., they figured it would make them more money regardless of the fact that the ladder makes no sense now. They also want people to play in groups because that creates an extra level of commitment to the game and they think word of mouth and the social experience will also bring more people and lead to higher investment in the game.

Need more people to actually quit and not just say it. Too many people talk a big game but aren't willing to walk it.

"boohoo, I don't have anyone to play with" said SorryBoysImLes to the thousands of people reading their post who mostly play the same game as them

I was recently in a normal draft game as a solo player with 2 duos (i think due to them having similar club tags with one other player) against a presumably 4 man group with a solo player (once again I say this due to club tags).

Wanna guess which team won?

Logged in just to upvote. I've been clean of League of Legends for over a year and I'm so glad I left. There are so many things wrong with this game, it's just not worth it. So much rage.

the people trolling here are literally all silver/unranked/almost 200 games to hit G5 and never played again rofl.

This game wasn't even ever fun for me. I just played it to pass the time and because I was good at it, and to spend time with friends. Recently my friend went to another city and didn't take their computer, so we played Hearthsone instead.

That game is amazing. If you lose it's your fault. There aren't any teammates that can feed. Your opponents can't talk so they can't flame you. There's no leaver buster if you want to leave a game for whatever reason.

I haven't played League since that day and I don't plan to in the near future.

So this Dynamic Queue is what Riot removed Dominion and abandoned Twisted Treeline for. Amazing, truly.

Dead by Daylight came out yesterday. It's a blast, get it.

Gibberwatt6/15/2016, 10:06:30 PM1 votes

Or, you could do this crazy thing called 'playing normals'

That is fun too, and doesn't have the stress of winning so much

I really love playing but it has become "league of carrying noobs". TBH I would rather FF than try to carry 3 noob players. It is way too monotonous trying to carry 3 rocks and gets super boring. The matchmaking is so terrible. It is like a crap shoot to see if your team is the team with a bunch of noobs or if the other team is. Really boring.

I feel like they need to stop everything else to develop a matchmaking system that works. Match people against like skilled players and equally pre-made comps. I am 100% sure they have all the data they need to make the system work so I am unsure why they are not putting more effort into it.

I'm confused, I see all this crap about dynamic queue... then why don't you just play normals instead. Blind pick and normal draft mode is still fun, it also seems to be a lot less toxic. If the only way you can enjoy this game is by playing ranked, then I'm sorry. Also, a lot of the pre-mades I get in normals work really well with others and don't seem to act as people say. These are normally gold+ players. Oh well, cya later.

Schàdenfreude6/16/2016, 3:40:10 AM1 votes

It's funny because this guy plays normals and when he says he stomped bottom he actually went 0/10 as Karma by the end of the game.

Yup between this and the amount of overloaded kit champions with completely ridiculous "outplay potential" is pretty much what pushed this game over the edge for me. I've played since season 1 and I enjoyed it up until probably like S3 or 4 then Riot went full on retard with champions like Yasuo. Now you have to pick these stupidly mobile champions with high damage output or suffer. I just hope in the future these devs don't ruin other games as well when they move on.

Oh well /rant.

Best of luck, it used to be a fun few years.

Yeah as someone who is older and doesn't have as much time to spam games, the solo vibe of League felt like it was specially tailored for people like me (and there's alot of us) who just want something simple and fair to jump onto or spam when we can. Usually it's alone tho since we don't have as many gaming buddies these days or conflicting schedules. Riot has made League feel like that party you walk into but you don't really know everyone, and you start getting the stink eye and feel unwelcome. Really sucks that yet another game turned me away from them on purpose. This has happened multiple times now due to different things (Halo and sprint/etc, CoD and movement, WoW and...well WoW just turning to shit) but I thought I could comfortably play League forever...then Dynamic Queue.

From past experience, the "vocal minority" that always gets a bad rap is usually always right as well. Cod has been declining since the future stuff, Halo sales were cut by 2/3rds, and WoW got worse and worse after Lich King. Say what you will, and you can inflate where you want, but you can only bandaid it up so long before bad decisions creep up fast...and South Korea PC Bang numbers are already showing what's to come sadly:(
