Is there still players that buy Lucidity Boots?
I haven't bought them nor have seen anyone buy them for ages since the game is overloaded with CDR. Anyone still buy these?

yes i have been buying them for top lane honestly its better than I thought
but its more for the CDR on flash and TP
literally you can apply so much pressure and TP and take towers like crazy
its actually really good
Depends on the build, but I get them often on ARAM
Why would anyone build then when every item has CDR on it and you're better off with tabi/mercs ?

? Those things are still great since they reduce Summoners CDs! Roaming Tops and JGLs can make really good use of them.
lucidity is a bad item, its cdr is useless. its only redeeming quality is the cdr on summoner spells.
