1) New client. Agree. Riot, this is going into season 5 now and you guys have blown up and one of the top dogs out there. C'mon, I'm tired of having a shitty client that I have no idea that will work from one patch to the next.
2) New servers. Agree. My ping stays around 90 so I have no problems. But apparently the East Coast does.
3) Votekick. Disagree. I don't want to be kicked because I played something somebody didn't like or because I pissed one guy off in a 4-man pre-made. Also, I like to try new things and have fun in normals. With this in play, you will be kicked every time you don't play something that's LCS.
4) 4v5 protection. Neutral. Hands down, we need some sort of system that works and won't be abused. With this in play, if the chips are down early in the game, someone could just leave to prevent the loss, taking advantage of the system. So you could say, "punish the person x2 for leaving, that way it won't be worth leaving.". Yeah, but what if it really wasn't their fault for DC'in? What if their internet simply went down? That wouldn't be ok to take 40 LP from them or something severe. But honestly, what are the chances of getting a 4v5 even twice in a row? It happens, but not even close to every game. Until they come up with a solid idea for this, it's just one of those things, "shit happens".
1) Ping display, both current number and recent highs. Agree. You should be able to see your ping before going into a match, somewhere on the client. Show your current ping and your highest in the last hour or something. That way if you have high ping or occasional spiking, you can wait before proceeding into ranked.
2) When nine players connect to a game, the game doesn't start. It waits for the tenth for a moment and if they don't show up, THE GAME DOES NOT START. Disagree. For the same problems the 4v5 protection, people would abuse and DC their internet just so the game don't start if they don't like it. Causing long amounts of time to actually play.
3) When ten people connect to a game and one drops before seven minutes, the game ends. Disagree. I don't want someone leaving and ending the game because they gave up first blood. If they DC from a natural cause, just one of those "shit happens" things.
1) True solo queue. Natural. Honestly, I like playing with my buddies in ranked. But at the same time I hate when their duo queue is using voice communication and mine just blows. I wouldn't mind a true solo queue but I would miss duo queue with my buds. True solo queue would end a lot of the carrying accounts with smurfs, though.
2) Balance team needs to learn how to balance. Disagree. I feel League is more balanced now than it's ever been.
3) Eight bans, minimum. Preferably ten. Disagree. I think we should start with 4 when we raise it.
