(this is an aram game, where he went 5-15-4 on zilean ,kept flashing into enemy team to 1 v 5, and somehow picked me as the target to be toxic to in the entire game, lucky me.)

everytime he died, he wrote a paragraph about my family LOL.

you reported him in game, correct? now scroll to the bottom of the page, hit support, submit a ticket and report him again and include the chatlog. This is escalating it directly to an actual person. yes, you'll get an pre-written message which doesn't seem personal but often, if you check lolking a couple days later, you notice the reported person no longer playing. I only do this in very severe cases like the one you are showing, but nearly every time those result in a ban. Once the tribunal is back up, we wont need to do that anymore but as for now, this is the best way to deal with real out of bound toxicity!

the funny thing is, i imagine him in real life, getting red faced, all angry over a videogame ARAM lol. just seems really odd to me.
