Quinn and her ultimate ability!!!

Give Valor cooldown resets when he gets kills. It makes sense, he's an assassin and I can't tell you how many times I go in as Valor, assassinate someone, have like 12-14 seconds left of my ultimate, and I spend the next 5-8 seconds flying around in circles waiting for my skills to go on cooldown. Valor absolutely needs vault to really be able to quickly engage someone and blind them. Otherwise they see him flying in and easily CC him and then you just die.

Or make Skystrike a proper execute or AOE nuke. It does neither as is. To reach 400 base damage at level 16, the target has to be at 0HP. An auto attack will do more damage in most situations.

make her booty bigger

Better idea: on kills, Valor's abilities are reset, and extend the duration of Tag Team for another 5 seconds. The cooldown of Tag Team starts upon activation, not skystrike.

I think her ult should go on CD as soon as she activates Tag Team. Slight buff but will be useful for situations where you travel long distances on her Ult.

Also another idea is that Tag Team's CD is reduced in half if she gets a kill.

Either this or increase Skystrike's damage to 150/250/350 (+40% Total AD) minimum up to 300/500/700 (+80% AD) maximum. Now, thats a proper late game execution without dealing %HP damage. And before anyone starts complaining about that being OP let me remind you that Jinx has a shorter CD GLOBAL ult with a huge %HP execution AoE.

Don't do that by itself, give it that cooldown and have it start from the time sky strike is cast so that it has a standard CD and doesn't punish the Quinn for staying as Valor for the full 20 seconds.

Inc range to 550 or even 600. Reduce ult cd. Suddenly, most played adc.

I think having Quinn and Valor have different cooldown would change things for the better. You can dash two times without getting too many resets for op dashes. Just team fight and hey you use your e, then let vvalor have refreshed cooldowns so he can dash as well. No resets no op just fair when he's melee with no extra resistances.

reduce the R cooldown to 120/100/80 seconds...

and reduce the R cooldown by 5 seconds for every champion killed by Valor or Skystrike...

or... maybe too OP???

ehh maybe just give her the 5.6 nocturne treatment
