Here I have a suggested change for our jungle kitty to make her kit less toxic, spears less hated, and remove her unnecessary heal. While keeping her unique play style, and execution finisher. That being said these changes will not create a more toxic style of game play (like the current PBE changes suggest as a reaction), or ruin her (separate note look for my incoming post on potential changes to fix Eve and Viegar who are unplayable currently and the whys)

Javelin Toss: Decrease spear range from 1500 to 1200 Base damage decreased from 150/225/300/375/450 to 100/150/200/250/300 Decrease maximum damage ratio reduced from 1.2 AP to .8 AP Increase Cooldown to 8 seconds at all ranks Slight increase to travel speed

Bushwack: Unchanged

**Primal Insticts: NEW ** 60/70/80/90/100 Mana Cooldown: 24/22/20/18/16 seconds

Passive: Nidalee gains 100/150/200/250/300 range to her Javelin Toss

Active: Nidalee gains 20/40/60/80/100 AP and 5/10/15/20/25 AD for 5 seconds. If Nidalee changes into Couger form during this time the duration is doubled and swipe area is increase by 50 range.

Takedown: increase hunted damage bonus to 35% AP ratio increased from .36 to .45 AD ratio changed from .75 AD to .9 AD Scaling up to AP ratio increased from .9 AP to 1.125 AD ratio changed from 1.875 AD to 2.25 AD

**Pounce: **Unchanged

Swipe: Base Damage reduced from 70/130/190/250 to 30/80/130/180 Increase AP ratio from .45 to .50 New Ad ratio of .35

Aspect of the Couger: Change cooldown to 5/4/3 seconds

I think this will give nidalee a fair reduction to her annoying endless spearing without gutting her kit. Her spear range will eventually be equal to the current maximum range for end game fights, but this kit forces nidalee to play smarter. Her spear is currently a toxic combination with heal in game play, creating a throw, throw, and throw again while you kite style of play where if a single spear hits, a quick combo can delete most champions.

Her kit offers too much with its mobility, resets, range, heal, escape, damage, % increases, and all the other utility this kitty has been given. Its time to fix her and scale back by deleting her heal and as boost. Currently her heal creates no synergy with the rest of her kit, but allows for an obnoxious sustain that this cat should not get on top of everything else she is given.

Reducing her stats as the PBE suggest is the plan is only going to make Nidalees toxic play style more rampant, forcing nidalee players to really only enter cougar form when her spears have truly granted her an easy kill. Which I can tell you will not be received well by the community when that is the effect.

When she goes cougar and engages needs to be planned, her new ability should force her highest damage potential to have a risk if she misses (note a substantial cooldown effect). And because of the better cougar take down (incredibly high damage if combo'd correctly with Primal Instincts) Nidalee will need to commit to throwing a spear shes going to land, and transforming to pounce in order to make the same large plays with the extra damage shes given. A less toxic kit to the game that keeps the same general play style and uniqueness of Nidalee alive. I personally think this kit would be much healthier than the current one. Thoughts?

From my point of view of wouldnt change nida because she feels fair to play against, my reason for saying this is because i love games where if you do one mistake you get killed/punished for it and nidas kit isnt unfair against the enemy since its possible to avoid her with jukes and stuff. I know people dont share this view with me but it feels good to play against her because of its clear what you did wrong if you die to her and it feels incredible rewarding when you can win over her.

Riot read this. She needs a change.
