Elise suggestions
So, Elise is one of my long time favorite champions to play either in top or jungle. I don't think she's in a horrible spot at the moment, but she could use some tweaks to bring her back in solo que.
I do not want straight buffs. We all remember her reign of terror at season 3. What I want is to make her bruiser- and damage builds more viable, since now you can't really get more than liandry's and sorcs and then are forced to go full tank.
To not make her this all-around strong powerhouse with no counterplay, I'd like her human to scale differently than her spider form, human being more of a caster and spider being a bruiser-like beast that enjoys herself in the middle of combat. That's why I'd like to increase her human AP scaling at the cost of her spider's AP scaling, and giving her spider some completely new ratios.
Passive-Spider Swarm Other than making spiderlings scale with defense Elise builds, I don't want any changes. These thing are so squishy, and while I find it ok in damage builds, I think they should get a percentage of Elise's armor and magic resistance.

Spider Form: Current 60/100/140/180/220+8% (+3%/100 AP) missing HP
New: Current 60/100/140/180/220+8% (+3%/100 AP)+(0/0.2/0.4/0.6/0.8 total AD) missing HP
W-Volatile Spiderling/Skittering Frenzy Human form: Current: 75 / 125 / 175 / 225 / 275 (+ 80% AP) New: 75/115/155/95/235 (+ 100% AP) Spider Form: Otherwise the same but: While active, your melee attacks slow your target by 0%+(1% / 10 bonus AD)
E-Cocoon/Rappel Human Form: Current 1 / 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 / 2 stun duration New: Stun duration 1,5 (+0,1 seconds/75 AP)
Spider Form: Otherwise the same, but range now increases with movement speed (up to the pre-nerf range). (Optional): cooldown is reduced by AP as well as CDR (I'm too lazy to think of a scaling, but to have a mage build where spider form is useful she needs something to escape with as well as going in.)
R-Spider Form/Human Form Current: 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 (+ 30% AP) on-hit damage on melee attacks. Adds 10 MS in spider form. New: Each spiderling alive reduces Elise's damage taken by 1%. The bonus on-hit damage remains, but has 150% AP scaling while Skittering Frenzy is active.
The theme behind these changes is to make her being a tanky bruiser by having a buildpath that suits her in spider form by being a bruiser (Triforce/BotRK/Tank) or human form (Building AP is now effective,but she still needs to get a few melee attacks in to kill a target from 100-0.)
I WILL PROBABLY EDIT THIS, I MADE IT IN A HURRY AND HAVE NO TIME TO CONTINUE ATM. Putting this up now so you can comment on the rough "rework" I designed for her, share your opinions please and give suggestions. And try to keep it civilized, even if you think I'm an wood 6 idiot who has no idea :)
