Ranked game(s) not counting

Yesterday, I played a ranked game as Gnar. We won the game, however, I didn't gain/lose any LP at all. The match doesn't show in my match history as it seems to have disappeared completely. Post-game the game couldn't load statistics, and I had to skip the "waiting for stats" section. After that, the client still tought the game was going and gave me a chance to try and "reconnect", only for the client to continuously crash (that's nothing new, it happens all the time). If I recall right, we had this same kind of a issue in season 3-4 but I tought it was fixed.

Of course, one ranked game isn't too big of a deal, but not gaining LP for wins can still get pretty frustrating. I'd hope for Riot to look into this to fix the bug for good or at least to ensure it's like one-in a thousand- type of thing that doesn't affect climbing drastically.

On another subject, is it intentional that Ezreal's Q doesn't proc Ludent's echo? I know it applies on-hit effects and is somewhat treated as a basic attack, but I think it still should count as a spell as it also grants him his passive stacks.
