Sandbox mode

_What Riot thinks a Sandbox mode would be: _ Players being required to train for 200+ hours, practicing flashing over walls, and grinding practice for everything from jungle clears to getting CS (like what most people already do in Custom).

What it would actually be: URF 24/7. Custom game modes. Players doing stupid challenges (How quickly after starting the game with full build would I be able to win?). Players trying to rack up Legendary kills against bots. People setting their Movement Speeds to 10000. Et cetera. Et cetera. Et cetera.

So yeah. We definitely don't need a sandbox mode.
