Probably. If you want a true solo queue experience what you want is a different game, because duos are a long time part of League's solo queue.

If it is that big of a prob, connect with some people in game or through forums and play duo as well. If duos are the biggest problem you run into with solo q, then you should be happy. I have bigger problems like AFKers, feeders, and toxic insane people. Just saying.

Some of your teammates could be duos, and if not, there is some mmr compensation in the matchmaking when matching premades versus non-premades. So if their team has a duo, while your team is a bunch of solos, your team will consist of slightly better players (in terms of mmr) to compensate for the communication advantage the duo may have.
