Now, I don't give a damn if he wins a lot or loses a lot. In fact, I would guess he probably does pretty bad in most elo's.

What concerns me is the game play. Fighting Garen is like death by 1000 needles. He runs in, silences you, runs out, you try to get him he spins away like a moron or dashes away, you get low on health then you have to back off because he just can point and click delete you with his ult. You let him not be fighting and he gets health back simply for standing there.

Its not fun. Its annoying. Its cheese tactics.

congratulations, you just described how every single cooldown gated melee champion in this game trades. like every single fucking one of them. and then there are the ranged champions, who do exactly the same without even coming close enough for you to have a chance at trading back.

Renekton dashes at you, hits you with auto resets, w and q and then dashes back out.

Jax activates e, jumps at you, hits you with auto + w and then runs back out while youre still stunned.

Riven dashes at you with q and auto resets, stuns you with w during that time, then dashes back out.

you could go down the entire list of champions and most of the melee champions take short trades like this.

it sounds more like you generally dont understand how to space yourself out between you and your opponent, and how to work around enemy cooldown windows.

and then you complain that you have to back off from your opponent when youre low health. really dude.

That goes for every game, and its very subjective. I'd rather face a Garen any day then someone like Lux. Can't really fix that when theres so many champions in a game, no matter what you're going to hate playing against a few of them.

Garen has clear weaknesses. He's a really bad champ. He's only unfun to face is if you're a bad player and don't know when not to fight him. But ya, his Warmog's passive could be changed to something more interactive.

Tryndamere You are not allowed to get any kills in lane past 6 unless he's awful at his R, and once laning phase is over, you are going to have to spend the rest of the game babysitting top lane because he's a lightning fast split pusher that will never die unless he over-commits.
