Zoe has higher base HP than Swain

Kayle has 2300 hp at level 18, higher than every single champ in game save for 3. Some of the lowest hp at level 18??? Morde, cho, sion, etc etc

This games balance is a snake oil sale. Tank champs have glass cannon base stats because they know you build tank on them(also abilities)

And glass cannons have tank base stats because they know you wont build tank(also abilities)

FIrst, CertainlyT designs champions, balance team itself is in charge of balancing them

Secondly, Swain has lower HP than Zoe because he has a healing on his R, and most of the time rushes as a first item (if not all the time)

If you've noticed, most champions with self-healings / self-reviving have lower base hp because they have these tools

And? Swain's buildpath turns him into a tank that oneshots squishies faster than zyra. Why are you complaining if youre losing with a champion who is universally accepted as BROKEN.
