Fix Jayce's autos holy crap

Just when I thought the madness was over with Jayce's autos being complete crap, Riot decides to fuck it over yet again. Last time they glitched, the next time the sound would glitch, now on melee autos they are delayed. You hit a minion and it doesnt register for another second or two, ranged autos are fine, but if you want mana back with jayces mana, good luck because its bugged yet again!

Thought they already did. Last time I played Jayce the autos were completely normal
