Get ready for Season 9 to be even worse than Season 8

The major problem with Season 8, was that Riot changed so much at one time without any testing. The patch for Preseason 8 introduced over hundreds of different patches to the game. New runes, stat changes on EVERY champion, item changes, etc. There were tons of stuff introduced, now look at Season 9. You're looking at over 72 different patches this season to start off. Riot needs to stop doing these big patches, stop introducing new things like champions and reworks, and just flat out balance the game one step at a time. They need to add the stuff they changed in the first place that were already balanced as is. Minion gold changes need to be reverted back to normal for instance.

Mark my words, season 9 will be worse if Riot continues to do these big patches without facing the actual problem.

its riot... the fact that I'm still playing even rarely means i have accepted the fact the game is never going to get better so I'm trying to enjoy whatever i can.

there is nothing riots other teams can do to save this game with the balance team this far gone.

how long have we said damage is too high... all it does it get higher

hell we now have minions running at 423 fucking movement speed now

i cant even catch up to my own damn minion wave after 25 min.

how they even got past the concept phase to even be on the table.. let alone make it to internal testing then pbe then live, is beyond me

minions move so damn fast now skill-shot anywhere near them are impossible to land

Of course, it already introduced even more damage via stat bonus selection and more gimmicky stuff like the minion gold change

Riot is owned by Tencent, nothing will change, this ride only goes downhill

They don't care. Its as simple as that, they have to keep changing massive amounts of things in the game because the game has stopped being about having fun. They need these massive changes to keep the players they have left interested in the game and to keep them playing.

Riot won't change anything. At this point they just piss on the players and don't even try to sell it as rain.

I'm still laughing at people saying "it's just pre-Season" one year ago :D Short sighted guys.

This year they have no excuse; if they still show any expectation, there's really something wrong with them. Hope they are trolling, or they're getting paid well :P

I kinda hoped they would do a thing where they make a big patch, then spend two patches buffering it out and fixing it to be in a better spot, then another's big patch, then another 2 dedicated to resolving things the big patch may have made unhealthy changes too. Sort of balance between big changed and stuff with flattening out the bumps and perfecting it after.

That makes sense, can't have that at Riot.

I mean. They just need to nerf damage overall. If they do that the game would be better. Then there would be other problems to look at. This game has too many problems. They need to solve them by going one-by-one. First nerf damage, then do something about the rest.

If you actually look at some of the research right actually is recently said as of December 2018 but they’re not going to be releasing as many patches as quickly especially not as fast as they did they realize their mistake research more and you’ll actually see that ride is going to try and slow down with their patches for most of the patches they’re at they’re releasing right away or very minor things

Lets see.

They are planning to buff ADC damage and I think they also said they want to buff enchanters besides the item buffs. We are going back to the "better bot wins" and instead of fixing the actual problem, making the game not burst heavy, they buff the damage even more.

They are also bringing tanks back, but not like tanks. They will be half tanks, half bruisers. Just look at Ornn and Senjuani changes. More damage. The 10% more resistances on Ornn won't really make him a tank. Also, if I am reading this correctly, he will be able to upgrade one item from his team mates for free? I didn't read too well, so I am not sure if is 100% ture what I said about the item upgrade.

Season 9 will start just great.
