I have no issues with the old twin shadows being re added though since it was alright but not godly. Basically everyone thought of them as a joke even though they were actually really useful for some games.

Renascent1 votesI feel like these nerfs aren't uncalled for. It's pretty much bringing it closer to the power level of Talisman of Ascension, and almost nobody's buying it anymore. Maybe now people will get it again.
Not just that, but the situation's gotten so bad that I've had one FQC per enemy lane in one game, and an FQC on a Blitzcrank and Taric in two other games. This is not supposed to happen. The popularity of this item is on the level of Guinsoo's, and just as obnoxious. Nothing like 3000 range slows for 4s times however-many-FQC's there are on the enemy team to catch anybody out.
