i don't really think so it's ALL RANDOM...
i played like 10 games in urf and every single game had the same champions... warwick garen katarina annie cassiopieia irelia teemo lux tam kench morgana draven miss fortune and ashe

those are the only champions i see on urf.. what is going on? lul

You're level 21, so a lot of people have very few champions. Cassiopeia, Katarina, Irelia, Draven, Miss Fortune, and Tahm Kench are all part of the free rotation. Garen and Ashe are given to you for free. WW, Annie, Teemo, and Morgana are 450 IP or 1350 IP, so new accounts tend to have them. Lux is 3150 IP, but a lot of people still own her.

in level 30 games, there's a lot more diversity.

The only champ I own is Shaco, but Ive played about 20 games and not yet had him. Its bullshit.
