@Any riot member reading the boards

I wanna hear a completely 100% opinion on who you think is OP, UP, and the current state of balance. Fuck statistics, fuck what boards think and fuck what balance right now is. What do you think is going on right now with balance? What do you like/dislike about champs? Just what is your overall opinion on balance/champs right now? Do you think its doing extremely well? Do you think some are OP? Some are UP? Some are stupid? Some are smart?

I just want opinions of rioters honestly. No "But how can you say that because of x", no "Thats impossible though because of Y", no "Finally, a rioter with sense."

Just a word, a sentence, even a paragraph if you got the time on what you think of balancing.
