What do you think needs buffing?

Hey guys! I’ve been seeing a lot of nerf this, nerf that, this is OP threads going about. So let’s do the other demographic. Which champ NEEDS a buff? Which champ NEEDS more tuning? How would you go about it?

For me, it’s Galio. The poor guy got neutered and shafted ever since his mana costs and damage got nerfed, and it became really difficult to play him effectively. Wish they revert his mana costs. I can understand the damage nerfs, but not the mana.
