Kayle no Longer Scale Late Late Game??
What happened?
Her win rate is only 13th highest at 40+ mins now. And that's just among top laners https://imgur.com/a/T3ISw5P

They shifted some of her power from late late game and put it into her lvl 6 powerspike so she wont be bullied as hard and can more safely farm / waveclear.
She gets a pretty decent power spike around mid-late game but still soon enough to the point where she can be a deciding factor in one of the last elemental dragons provided she wasnt shut down too hard and bullied from playing the game.
Pretty sure there are other hyper scaling champions that get bullied harder in lane than kayle now.
Also note that chances are, a few early game champions might have been the reason why kayle reached late late game in the first place but she simply couldn't carry such a comp once everyone was full build.
And that can happen very often in the late game.
