Please buff Quinn

Ok, so I've been playing a lot of Quinn and I feel like the lethality buff just wasn't enough for her. She could still use a bit of work to try and bring her even with other champs. Yes, right now she has a pretty good win rate, but I think it's because she's been so bad people forgot how to play against her.

Let's break it down. Her passive gives only a little bit of extra damage to an enemy that's marked, but it may not mark who you want so it's unreliable at best.

Her Q is pretty good but could probably use a slight boost to the blind duration. Something like 2.5 seconds would probably be better.

Her W is pretty useless since you won't max it forever. You get a little bit of vision in a small radius around you. Very rarely is this helpful since you should just have your support placing wards. That's their job, not yours.

The E is nice if someone is almost dead and escaping, otherwise it's just a death sentence to bull-rush your way into range of the enemy. Basically, if it could do damage and have a different on hit effect like a stun or silence, it would be better balanced.

Also, this is completely a troll post. I am really bored at work and curious to see how many people actually read this far. Quinn seems to be a hot topic so figured it would be easy bait.

Oh and her R... don't get me started on her R. What do you need an express ride back to lane to feed some more? The damage is minimal and who really needs to fly around quickly? You're not gambling for other lanes. They should be tanking for you.

All that said, Quinn needs a buff. Once people figure out how to fight her, she's toast lethality or not. Please Riot, give Quinn the buffs she deserves!
